•This property is in a quiet, natural setting. Sound travels easily across the lake. Please be mindful of noise levels at all times.

•Please turn off and clean the grill after use. If you’re unsure the grill is completely off, switch off the gas valve beneath the grill to avoid a $500 fine.
•Do not leave wet towels on the floor. Place used towels in the tub, shower, hamper, or washer.
•No soaking wet guests inside the house. Dry off outside or in the entry area to help protect floors and furniture.
•Please be courteous and considerate of the homeowners, cleaners, neighbors, and future guests.

•No fireworks allowed on the property at any time — for fire safety and local regulations.
•Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the lake, fire pit, grill, and steep or wooded areas.
